Taylor Brown, M.S., MHC

Clinical Therapist

Taylor earned her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from the University of Vermont. Originally from the West Coast, she has worked in the mental health field in a variety of settings—including outdoor recreational therapy, inpatient programs, and as a whitewater guide for a nonprofit organization. Whether in the backcountry or traditional treatment settings, Taylor has supported both adolescents and adults.

Taylor completed her clinical training at the Middlebury College Counseling Center, where she deepened her passion for working with young adults navigating identity exploration, attachment, substance use, neurodivergence, trauma, and developing clinical diagnoses.

Her psychotherapeutic approach is trauma-informed and integrates both skills-based and relational modalities. Grounded in a strengths-based perspective, Taylor aims to empower clients to address barriers to self-acceptance, growth, and meaningful connection.
